All transactions, whether in managed or advised accounts, are
reviewed in an efficient manner, ensuring that the associated
costs are in line with those set out in the signed agreements with
the various depositaries.
Furthermore, we carry out reconciliations with all our clients'
depositaries and accounts to identify any potential errors and,
based on the information collected, we produce our own reports.
This allows us to examine the status of each account in detail with
every entity we collaborate with and to deliver standardised
information.

Back Office process
We examine the daily movements of our clients’ accounts depositaries in order to monitor the status of their investments in real time.
All daily movements are entered into our software. This allows us to keep an exhaustive control of the latest movements.
Based on the information gathered, we verify that our clients’ data and the costs associated with their operations comply with the agreements previously established with each depositary manager.
We regularly reconcile the positions reported by depositaries with those recorded in our software.
We generate individual and aggregated reports that show with detail all the information of the client’s different portfolios, as well as all the operations carried out. These reports are provided to our clients on a regular basis.
